FAST RECYCLING PROCESSING
Once your eligible recycling package shows delivered to our office, please allow 3 business days for your recycling payment to be processed.
Business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or days our office is closed. Processing begins based on the carrier's confirmed delivery date and is completed during normal business operations.

WHAT WE ACCEPT FOR RECYCLING
The recycling values shown below apply to eligible products with 8 months or more remaining before expiration.
Products with 5–7 months remaining before expiration may qualify for 50% of the listed recycling value, based on the date the package is shipped to us.
Recycling values are subject to change. Please confirm current values and eligibility before shipping your supplies.
Please do not send expired products or items that are not listed on our website unless you have contacted us and received approval first.
Products with less than 4 months remaining before expiration generally do not qualify for our Recycling Value Program, unless specifically listed as eligible on our website. Certain items that do not qualify for a recycling value may still be accepted as donations.

DONATIONS
We also accept certain unused diabetic testing supplies as donations when they do not qualify for our Recycling Value Program.
Eligible donated supplies may be directed toward helping individuals with diabetes who are in need rather than allowing usable supplies to go to waste.
If you would like to donate qualifying supplies, please include them in your package and clearly indicate "Donation" in the Notes section of your recycling quote form.
