I understand that the standard delivery time for Business Checks is three days but may take as long as two weeks depending on USPS delivery speed.

I am the rightful owner of the items being sold to usateststripscenter.com, or I have been granted legal permission to sell these items on behalf of the rightful owner.

I am the rightful owner or have been given permission by the rightful owner to sell these supplies. Furthermore, I signify that I did not, am not, and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies, nor in selling them to usateststripscenter.com. I represent and warrant that my sale and transfer of these supplies to usateststripscenter.com will not cause usateststripscenter.com to, or result in, usateststripscenter.com violating any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, or any other applicable law.

The diabetic products I am selling to usateststripscenter.com have not been lost or stolen and legally belong to me and have not been procured by illegal means. The diabetic items I sell to usateststripscenter.com are lawfully owned or possessed by me. In the event that any items I have sold to usateststripscenter.com are found to have been lost or stolen, usateststripscenter.com is under no obligation whatsoever to accept these items, nor compensate me for them in any way whatsoever, including any and all shipping costs.

usateststripscenter.com does not purchase supplies that have been subsidized by any government or insurance program, including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid.

I understand that shipping times vary, and while most packages are delivered within a week, some packages may take up to 14 days.

usateststripscenter.com, its affiliates, and any partners, including but not limited to usateststripscenter.com, shall not be liable for any damages, whether indirect, consequential, special, punitive, incidental, or exemplary, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of this Agreement.
